ASUN-  “smoked” in Yoruba language. To make it, the goat is smoked over a giant barbecue before being cut into pieces, which are mixed with onions and hot pepper sauce. Asun is part of the food recipes we usually refer to as small chops because it’s already cut into bite-size which makes it easy to just throw it into your mouth and enjoy. It is made with Goat meat which is pit-smoked or smoked on a barbecue grill, it’s then stirred in a chopped or roughly blended spicy pepper.
